Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cezar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
