Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Cezar ships to all states within the continental U.S. and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our international logistics to more countries soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your status directly through your Cezar account dashboard.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
